Help with crossfire glitch

Ok, so iv done it before, and can do it... eventually... (NON OLDSCHOOL)

So is there any tips to get on that next floor from the chair, i get on the chair and cant fucking get on them bricks.
For me, thats the hardest part, i can never do it, jumping over next is sometimes easy, and the rocket jump at the end is fine, easy.


Is there like, something i should align my pistol to make sure im doing it right or something?

i find jumping backwards and sideways helps always seems to work for me
